Nurturing Together Prenatal Coaching
Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care.
Are you pregnant or getting ready for your baby to arrive?
Do you need help getting ready for birth, caring for your baby after birth, or finding a safe crib?
Parents and caregivers are invited to join us for 8 short sessions that will help you get ready for your baby.
When you attend all 8 topics, you'll get a special certificate to show your hard work and growth and a $50 gift card.
Each session is 45 minutes and gives you personal support on things like:
Having your baby (childbirth)
Taking care of yourself and your baby after birth
Making a safe and loving home
Personal Development & Goals
We’ll also help connect you to local programs and resources that fit your needs.
Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Recently had a baby? Could you use a little encouragement? Join us in a group or schedule an individual or family session!
This supportive group is designed for parents and guardians caring for chidren ages 0-5.
Meet other parents or caregivers, share your experiences, and find the encouragement you need to navigate parenthood.

Receive a free portable crib for your little one after taking this class.
Mom, Dad, Grandparent, Kin, Guardian? Feel free to join this class to learn about safe sleep for your infant.
Who can get a crib/Pack n' Play?
Who can get a crib/Pack n' Play?
Any household expecting a baby (26 weeks pregnant or later) or that has an infant under one year old can take a safe sleep class and receive a free Pack n' Play crib.
Expecting twins?
Your household will receive one pack n' play crib per child.
After the class,
You can pick up the Pack 'n Play at the Elmore County Family Resource Center

*A Note from BirthWell Partners on Eligibility:
If you are on Medicaid then our services are FREE. To clarify, Medicaid does NOT pay for doula services in Alabama. We use Medicaid eligibility as a guideline to determine who is financially in need of our services. BirthWell's doula services are entirely funded by grants and donations.
If you are not on Medicaid but you do meet WIC income eligibility guidelines then let’s talk. Our goal is to help those who need a doula in Alabama to have one.
If you can afford to pay for your doula, we encourage you to do so. Doulas charge a flat fee of $700-$1500 in Alabama. You can find doulas available for your estimated due date by visiting www.doulamatch.net.
BirthWell Partners is always happy to accept any payment amount to help us serve more families.
